Meet Eric
Eric Chester is an International Hall of Fame keynote speaker and the author of seven management/leadership books who has delivered more than 4,000 paid speeches on three continents.
As a former high school business teacher and football coach-turned motivational speaker for millions of students, Eric soon became a highly sought after speaker for hundreds of leading companies that needed to know how to manage and motivate post-Generation X’ers.
Harley-Davidson, McDonald’s, AT&T, the US Army, Allstate Insurance, Toyota, etc. rely on Eric’s expertise to help them navigate the skilled labor shortage by providing actionable ideas and strategies for post-pandemic hiring and retention.
His passion for improving work ethic in young adults led him to write Bring Your A Game to Work – The 7 Values that Will Make Every Employer Want to Hire You and Fight to Keep You. That book became the foundational centerpiece for a comprehensive training program by the same name which is now being taught in hundreds of schools, and throughout virtually every workforce development center throughout North America.
In addition to his speaking and writing interests, Chester designed, built, and operated Camelot Car and Dog Wash near his home in Golden, Colorado. This one-of-a-kind car wash has been featured on the cover of national industry magazines for its iconic look and unique service offerings.
Now in his retirement, Eric and his wife, Lori, enjoy spending time with their 5 adult children and 12 grandchildren.
